[ES]Presentamos un estudio, que pretende determinar los factores que subyacen a la reserva cognitiva: aqu?llas variables que tienen mayor capacidad explicativa de cada uno de los elementos que la componen. El objetivo principal es contribuir a un conocimiento m?s profundo del constructo de la reserva cognitiva, ya que, como hemos expuesto, se trata de uno de los temas de investigaci?n m?s importantes dado su car?cter potencialmente preventivo y manipulativo ante la enfermedad neurodegenerativa que estudiamos.

[En]We present a study that aims to identify the factors that underlie the cognitive reserve: those variables that have greater explanatory power of each of the elements that compose it. The main objective is to contribute to a deeper understanding of the construct of cognitive reserve, since, as stated above, this is one of the most important research topics since it is potentially preventive and manipulative to study neurodegenerative disease.
