[ES] Entre las diversas relaciones que tienen en com?n la guerra y la econom?a, resaltaremos dos importantes: la econom?a de guerra, y la guerra econ?mica. La primera puede ser definida como la estructura econ?mica que adopta un sistema en funci?n de necesidades militares constantes. La segunda es la opci?n de uno o varios contendientes en un conflicto para usar con intensidad los recursos econ?micos en funci?n de obtener la victoria final sobre el enemigo. Las relaciones entre la Monarqu?a Hisp?nica y sus enemigos durante los siglos XVI y XVII implicaron el desarrollo de una econom?a de guerra y el uso frecuente de guerra econ?mica, como puede verse por los art?culos de este informe.
[EN] Among the diverse relations that have jointly the War and the Economy, we will highlight two important ones: The Economy in time of war, and the economic war. The first one can be defined as the economic structure that adopts a system depending on military constant needs. The second one is the option of one or more contenders in a conflict to use with intensity the economic means depending on obtaining the final victory on the enemy. The relations between the Hispanic Monarchy and her enemies during the XVIIth and XVIIIth centuries implied the development of an economy of war and the frequent use of economic war, since it can turn in the papers of this Report.
