Evoluci?n de los bienes comunales en el siglo XV

Abstract

En las sociedades donde predomina de manera abrumadora la dedicaci?n agropecuaria, las grandes transformaciones de tipo demogr?fico, social o econ?mico, deben reflejarse de modo claro en la organizaci?n del espacio. Parece por eso muy probable que los profundos cambios que se observan durante el siglo XV tengan su incidencia en aquellos elementos productivos m?s flexibles, que no estaban sujetos a una titularidad personal o familiar, sino en provecho amplio, abierto, de toda la colectividad. Los bienes comunales constitu?an una especie de reserva de la que ciudades, villas y aldeas dispon?an seg?n las competencias que tuvieran asumidas, de acuerdo con la tipolog?a y funciones que leyes y costumbres atribu?an a cada una de ellas, y seg?n lo permitiera el juego de necesidades y capacidad de decisi?n que se articulara en cada lugar. Por eso la relaci?n entre ambos tipos de fen?menos no es directa, se desv?a hacia otros sectores o aparece con manifestaciones distintas seg?n momentos o zonas.
