Abstract

Uno de los aspectos m?s importantes a la hora de evaluar un servicio deinformaci?n real es determinar la forma en que los usuarios interact?an con elsistema. El usuario plasma su necesidad informativa en un consulta yfrecuentemente necesita modificarla hasta encontrar la informaci?n queconsidera pertinente. Uno de los mecanismos que permiten analizar elcomportamiento de los usuarios es el estudio de los archivos de registro, querecogen toda su actuaci?n. En este trabajo se presentan los resultados delan?lisis del archivo de registro de DATATH?KE, uno de los servicios m?sconocidos del grupo de investigaci?n REINA de la Universidad de Salamanca.A partir de dicho an?lisis se proponen t?cnicas de expansi?n de consultas,tanto manuales como autom?ticas, para mejorar la recuperaci?n.
