Realidad y test de Rorschach

Abstract

This work investigated "The Reality Index", who his autor, Stefan Nelger, formulates in order to obtained measures from five Rorschach plates. The Reality Index is one of the factors who Edwal Bohm (1973) denominates "Reality Sense". The relation of measures of Reality Index and the mind social adaptation is explored. The absence of empirical studies in the differential diagnosis from the mental illness brings about interest and emphasized the importance of exploring this variable. The assessment of mind activity is especially interest in the illness who have a serious damage in judgement. The autors formulates a design in order to obtain two randon samples of 182 subjects. A comparative study of two groups of subject, 91 without illness (Group control) and 91 with non pathological characterization are presented. The last groups have multiples pathological disorders and they have a psychiatric control Measures on the Rorschach tests and the "Plates Projectives" are obtained.Comparison of result between controls and illness showed a serious disorder in the illness sample. All Nelger plates have significantly differences. The human contents without movement, variable is not related to mental illness. However systematics differences were found in the M. reponses including Rorschach and Plates Projectives number I and II.
