El objetivo del presente trabajo es ofrecer una panor?mica del estado actual de la medici?n deproductos software y en particular en orientaci?n a objetos, enfoque que ha alcanzado en laactualidad altas cotas de popularidad debido a los beneficios que promete: r?pido desarrollo,reutilizaci?n, gesti?n de la complejidad, etc., caracter?sticas que inciden directamente en lamejora de la calidad de los productos software. Se propone un marco de trabajo basado en ellenguaje de marcas XML para facilitar la recolecci?n y an?lisis de m?tricas.
This work examines the state of art in software products measuring, more specifically in theObject Oriented approach, which has become high popular because of the benefits it promises:rapid development, reuse, complexity management, etc., all of this, characteristics that increasedirectly the quality of the software products. Also is proposed a metrics framework based onmarkup language XML which facilitates the activities of collecting and analysing softwaremetrics.
