Abstract

[ES]Tras una introducción, donde se contienen algunas referencias a las características especiales de la violencia de género, posteriormente se recogen unos aspectos más detallados sobre este tipo de violencia (el hecho de que parte de una situación de desigualdad de las mujeres; se produce en el entorno más íntimo; y los autores son o han sido sus parejas y son hombres a los que no les importan las consecuencias de sus actos...) y sobre la circunstancia de que es un fenómeno que se manifiesta de manera global, en todos los países. Luego nos centramos en la regulación española, especialmente en la L.O. 1/2004, realizando un especial estudio sobre los Juzgados de Violencia sobre la Mujer, cómo se configuran, qué competencias penales tienen, analizando algunos problemas que se han ido planteando en este terreno

Este trabajo se ha realizado en el marco del Proyecto de Investigación "PROTOCOLOS DE ACTUACIÓN DE LOS OPERADORES JURÍDICOS RESPECTO AL TRATАMIENTO DE VÍCTIMAS ESPECIALMENTE VULNERABLES: ATENCIÓN PREFERENTE A LA VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO”, financiado por el Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad (Ref. DER 2015-67954-R), años 2016-2018, siendo investigadores principales el Prof. Lorenzo-M. Bujosa Vadell y la Prof. Marta del Pozo Pérez.
