Abstract

El artículo analiza la estructura interna de las capitulaciones matrimoniales alemanas desde una perspectiva de traducción jurídica. Propone un enfoque basado en el análisis textual y de géneros para comprender mejor estos documentos. Se identifican sus partes, funciones y secuencias discursivas características. El estudio destaca la importancia de la lingüística textual en la formación de traductores especializados. En conjunto, muestra cómo el conocimiento estructural facilita una traducción más precisa y adecuada al contexto jurídico.
