Abstract

[ES] El objeto del presente an?lisis es ofrecer una visi?n opuesta de la exoneraci?n, no desde la perspectiva del deudor exonerado, sino del acreedor cuyo cr?dito deviene extinto. Como bien es sabido, la liberaci?n de deudas no implica una merma absoluta de todo mecanismo jur?dico de cobro, simplemente el deudor resulta inmune frente a cualquier requerimiento de pago una vez ha obtenido la exoneraci?n. Ello no implica que el acreedor carezca de alternativas para obtener la satisfacci?n de su cr?dito; as?, analizaremos las diversas opciones que le ofrece la ley.
