Abstract

[ES] El documento examina en profundidad el papel del comercio, la industria y los servicios en el marco del Proyecto MIT (Mobilidade, Inova??o e Territ?rio), centrado en el eje transfronterizo que une Castilla y Le?n (Espa?a) y la Regi?n Centro (Portugal) y articulado a trav?s de la Comunidad de Trabajo Castilla y Le?n - Centro de Portugal (CENCyL). Partiendo de un an?lisis comparativo de ambas regiones, se destaca una estructura socioecon?mica con similitudes en la distribuci?n sectorial del empleo y el potencial de sectores innovadores, aunque con diferencias relevantes en productividad, nivel educativo y grado de envejecimiento demogr?fico. Tras analizar los puntos fuertes y d?biles de la situaci?n actual, se plantea como proyecto estructurante la creaci?n de la Red IDE-MIT (Red para el Impulso al Desarrollo Empresarial), concebida como una plataforma virtual y transversal destinada a articular esfuerzos en torno a cinco grandes ejes: fomento del emprendimiento, creaci?n de empresas, modernizaci?n empresarial, internacionalizaci?n y transferencia tecnol?gica. La red busca integrar agentes diversos ?desde incubadoras y parques tecnol?gicos hasta asociaciones empresariales y centros de investigaci?n? y fomentar la cooperaci?n multilateral mediante buenas pr?cticas, servicios especializados y sinergias institucionales. Adem?s, se detallan proyectos complementarios orientados a la formaci?n, la coordinaci?n interinstitucional y la conexi?n con programas europeos de financiaci?n. Esta propuesta se enmarca en la l?gica de las pol?ticas europeas de cohesi?n territorial y desarrollo sostenible, y responde a la necesidad de convertir el corredor log?stico del Eje E-80 no solo en una infraestructura de transporte, sino tambi?n en una red econ?mica articulada que promueva un crecimiento inteligente, sostenible e integrador basado en el conocimiento.
