[EN] In common language and also in legal language, it is relatively common to see the confusion between the terms "electronic identification" and "digital identity". This work tries to clarify the distinction that must be established between both terms and, at the same time, offers some general considerations regarding how the concept of digital identity should be understood, which inevitably requires putting it in relation to its parent concept, personal identity.
