Abstract

[Es] El tri?ngulo de condicionantes pol?ticos, jur?dicos y econ?micos es esencial para delimitar el marco de gobernanza y analizar las decisiones de buen gobierno, siempre relacionadas con la eficiencia en la producci?n y la equidad en la distribuci?n. Es patol?gico deformar o quebrar este tri?ngulo para forzar actuaciones que no contribuyen al bien com?n, al igual que es inocente dar por hecho que la toma de decisiones va a respaldar todas las actuaciones que contribuyan al bien com?n. La investigaci?n sugiere que evitar las primeras y lograr las segundas es el gran reto del buen gobierno
