Abstract

[EN]This article aims to bring over the value to the stories of teachers? life and oral testimonies at the school. The essay presented is the result of content analysis carried at in ?notebooks of teachers? life? which have been used as a main source of reference and research in the History of School and edu-cational heritage. On the one hand, we have analyzed an approach to the Spanish School of the 20th century. On the second hand, the meaning of primary current practices of teaching at this time are an important support that allows us to know, to reconstruct and to interpret historically the school. This way, the study analyzes the concrete actions that the teachers were carrying out inside the classrooms. Therefore, the knowledge extracted from the educational practices of the teachers is a cultural heritage that can and must enrich our learning and the formation of the new generations of teachers.
