Abstract

En este trabajo se presentan los resultados obtenidos respecto al impacto que supone un programa de ense?anza online en la competencia comunicativa intercultural de futuros profesores de espa?ol. El programa fue espec?ficamente dise?ado, por fases, para abordar completamente el constructo del objeto de estudio durante 8 semanas. La metodolog?a fue cuantitativa y cualitativa. Para lo primera, se emple? la Escala de Recursos Interculturales (Gonz?lez Plasencia, 2020) adaptada; para lo segundo, se analizaron diarios que los informantes deb?an completar paulitamente. Los informantes pertenec?an a dos posgrados de formaci?n de profesores de espa?ol, el de la USAL y el de la KU-Leuven. Los resultados mostraron: 1) un impacto positivo del programa en los futuros docentes, especialmente en lo concerniente a la sensiblidad hacia el impacto de lo lingu??stico en la esfera socioidentitaria del individuo, 2) una mayor precisi?n metodol?gica de los modelos mixtos que de los exclusivamente cuantitativos.
