Abstract

Las ?ltimas tendencias te?ricas de car?cter postestructuralista en traducci?n y estudios jur?dicos permiten abordar el Derecho como ente eminentemente ling??stico y cultural, susceptible de interpretaciones y traducciones constantes. Estos procesos de trasvase acontecen en multiplicidad de niveles de dimensi?n tanto intra- como interling??stica, as? como intra- e intersist?mica y, adem?s, son llevados a cabo por agentes traductores pertenecientes a muy diferentes ?mbitos. En el presente trabajo se ha llevado a cabo un an?lisis de los tres principales niveles del fen?meno translatorio vinculado al Derecho. Para ello, se han tomado como ejemplo muestras de jurisprudencia, Derecho comparado aplicado al entorno espa?ol y traducci?n institucional de normas de Derecho comunitario. Este recorrido casu?stico demuestra el estrecho lazo que une el Derecho y la traducci?n, as? como los nuevos retos y consideraciones ?ticas con los que debe lidiar el agente traductor en esta era global
