Abstract

[EN]The use of keywords in the recovery and organization of digital information is one of the points of Web 2.0. This paper is a preliminary study about the folksonomy of the Servicio de Asuntos Sociales de la Universidad de Salamanca's blog, for the updating of its tag list and the integration of this function on its new website. To do so, the characteristics of the resource (specifically the structure by categories and the type of content published) have been analyzed, followed by the evaluation of both the previous list of tags carried out by the professionals of this organization as the various alternatives of indexing that could be implemented in the future. Free tagging, the use of thesaurus for determining indexing terms and automatic indexing are the methodologies proposed in this paper, which aims to determine which one or ones would be most appropriate to describe the contents of the blog of this institution
