Abstract

[EN]Acute myeloid leukemia, AML, is a cancer of the blood-producing cells that generally affects the blood and bone marrow and is the most common acute leukemia. Using data from patients with this disease, collected from two previous studies, the aim was to use different techniques and statistical analyses to study the most relevant clinical and genetic factors in the prognosis and survival of AML. We also validated the categories into which AML is divided according to its order of appearance, and the main risk groups and the genetic abnormalities that characterize them, according to the European LeukemiaNet 2017.
