Abstract

[ES] Los innumerables problemas que podemos tener pueden agruparse en dos tipos: problemas de dotacio?n y problemas de gestio?n. Los primeros se refieren a la falta de recursos, del tipo que sean. Los segundos tienen que ver con la dificultad para emplear del mejor modo posible aquello de lo que se dispone. Ninguna lectura puede ayudarle con los problemas de dotacio?n, pero si? con los problemas de gestio?n. El conocimiento no genera oportunidades, pero es imprescindible para poder aprovecharlas y no dejarlas pasar. La gestio?n es la base del e?xito en todo lo que depende de nosotros. Y la buena gestio?n radica en no perder de vista las tres dimensiones de la realidad humana: la psicolo?gica (conocer, querer y actuar), la organizativa (relacionada con la planificacio?n y el control) y la econo?mica (que trata acerca de los recursos y los resultados). Este libro proporciona 75 conceptos de gestio?n claves para comprender estas dimensiones y tomar mejores decisiones.
