Abstract

[EN] The present TFG is an analysis of the translation for subtitling and for voiceover of an LGBT+ audiovisual text. The hypothesis is that the translation type conditions the strategies chosen to solve the different challenges of the text. Firstly, a theoretical framework is established, where the bases of audiovisual translation and the LGBT+ language are explained, as well as the relationship between the two. Afterwards, the translation challenges of an episode of RuPaul?s Drag Race are distinguished and the translation strategies most used in each case are determined ? resulting in discursive creation being the predominant one. The hypothesis is confirmed: different translation strategies are used in subtitling and in voiceover due to the specific conditioning factors of each type of translation [SP] El presente TFG es un an?lisis de la traducci?n para subtitulado y para voces superpuestas de un texto audiovisual de tem?tica LGTB+.
