[ES] Se afronta la cuesti?n de la responsabilidad de los padres por los hechos da?osos de los hijos, con el principio de la corresponsabilidad parental plenamente asentado en nuestro ordenamiento jur?dico y en nuestra sociedad. Si no presenta dudas el ejercicio conjunto de la patria potestad durante el matrimonio, cuando los progenitores no conviven ya no es tan evidente. Con las exposiciones de las discusiones doctrinales sobre el fondo, veremos c?mo la responsabilidad de los padres se ha ido objetivizando por motivos de garant?a y compensaci?n, para resarcir de la mejor forma posible a la v?ctima del da?o. Por ?ltimo, analizamos brevemente las ventajas del ejercicio conjunto de las responsabilidades parentales y haremos alusi?n a la reforma de la Ley 8/2021, de 2 de junio en el tema que nos ocupa. [EN] This work has sought to re-address the issue of parental responsibility for harmful acts of children, with the principle of parental co-responsibility fully established in our legal system and in our society. If there is no doubt about the joint exercise of parental authority during marriage, when the parents do not live together it is no longer so evident. With the approaches of the obvious doctrinal discussions on the merits, we will see how the responsibility of the parents has been objectivized for reasons of guarantee and compensation, to compensate the victim of the damage in the best possible way. Finally, we briefly analyze the advantages of the joint exercise of parental responsibilities and we will refer to the reform of Law 8/2021, of June 2, on the subject at hand.
