El grado de madurez del sistema de producci?n y del nivel de asimilaci?n cultural de los paradigmas tecnol?gicos son los determinantes clave para explicar c?mo las civilizaciones se enfrentan a situaciones caracterizadas por la irrupci?n de acontecimientos poco probables y generalizados sobre la salud del binomio poblaci?n y medioambiental como fue la Covid 19.
