f. 2r-3va: [Gilbertus], Catalogus sive chronica pontificum et imperatorum Romanorum (mutilado por el principio). --- f. 4r-65r: Rufino de Aquileya, [Historia ecclesiastica Eusebii Caesariensis conversa (libri I-IX) et duobus libris (X-XI)]. --- f. 65v-136v: Ricardo de San Víctor, Liber exceptionum, prima et secunda pars. --- f. 137r-229v: [Casiodoro], [Historia ecclesiastica tripartita]. --- f. 229v-232r: Beda el Venerable, Historia ecclesiastica anglorum (cap. XXVII, lib. I y cap. XX, lib. IV). --- f. 232r: De obitu Venerabilis Beda. --- f. 233v-368r: Ptolemaeus Lucensis, Historia ecclesiastica nova (La obra de Lucca se interrumpe en el lib. 24, cap. 20 [f. 360ra, lín. 12], dedicado a Nicolás IV. Sin solución de continuidad, se completa hasta Juan eXXII con el Catalogus brevis romanorum Pontificum de Bernardus Guidonis).

Decoración: En f. 4r inicial en colores y oro, con orla de motivos vegetales; el resto de las iniciales de libro, hasta f. 85, sólo en esbozo, sin colorear; iniciales y calderones alternando en rojo y azul, con rasgueos hasta f. 85 y a partir de aquí sencillas; huecos para iniciales de libro a partir de f. 237; rúbricas en rojo, indicaciones para el rubricador muy evidentes en la parte copiada por la mano bastarda; cabeceras en rojo que indican títulos y número de los libros

Colación: 16(12)+11[12-1; f. 197 desparejado]+13(12)+10[12-2]. -- Reclamos de cuaderno y signaturas alfanuméricas. -- Foliación moderna; en blanco f. 368v-369r. -- Mal encuadernados los f. 159-166, orden correcto: 159-162-161-160-165-164-163-166

La iluminación podría ser obra de Pedro de Toledo, que trabajó en Sevilla en las primeras décadas del siglo XV (Jiménez López)

Escritura: Letra gótica libraria (f. 2-107r, 204-227) y gótica bastarda (f. 107v-203, 228-369)
