[ES] La violencia contra la mujer constituye una de las grandes preocupaciones de la sociedad moderna configurada hoy en d?a, aunque se ha ejercido de manera sistem?tica a lo largo de la historia. El impacto de este tipo de violencia es de gran relevancia, y por ello tambi?n lo es la investigaci?n cient?fica en este campo. Por esta raz?n, cobra especial protagonismo la intervenci?n con maltratadores y v?ctimas de estos actos, con el objetivo de reducir su impacto a todos los niveles. Tras una contextualizaci?n en este campo y el establecimiento de diversos objetivos, esta revisi?n se propone hacer un recorrido por las propuestas m?s importantes de los ?ltimos a?os en materia de intervenci?n con v?ctimas, en el ?mbito mundial y en Espa?a de manera m?s concreta. El trabajo recoge, de esta manera, este tipo de iniciativas, su aplicabilidad, sus resultados y su eficacia. Aunque, por ejemplo, la violencia de g?nero no parece disminuir, las conclusiones de este trabajo muestran como la intervenci?n psicol?gica sobre las v?ctimas es eficaz a la hora de paliar los efectos f?sicos y mentales de esta grave violaci?n de los derechos de la mujer. [EN] Violence against women is one of the major concerns of today's modern society, although it has been systematically exercised throughout history. The impact of this type of violence is of great relevance, and therefore so is scientific research in this field. For this reason, intervention with abusers and victims of these acts takes on special importance, with the aim of reducing their impact at all levels. After a contextualization in this field and the establishment of various objectives, this review aims to review the most important proposals of recent years in terms of intervention with victims, both worldwide and more specifically in Spain. In this way, the work gathers together these types of initiatives, their applicability, their results and their effectiveness. Although, for example, gender violence does not seem to be decreasing, the conclusions of this work show how psychological intervention on victims is effective in alleviating the physical and mental effects of this serious violation of women's rights.
