[ES] La unidad de mercado constituye un principio econ?mico reflejado en el Art?culo 139 de la Constituci?n Espa?ola y cuya funci?n principal es procurar el funcionamiento competitivo de la econom?a espa?ola. Este art?culo impide adoptar medidas que directa o indirectamente obstaculicen la libertad de circulaci?n, la libre circulaci?n de bienes y establecimiento de las personas en todo el territorio nacional. La Ley 20/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de garant?a de la unidad de mercado, se crea con la finalidad de luchar contra la fragmentaci?n del mercado espa?ol y como garante de los principios que en esta ley se recogen, se constituye la Comisi?n Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia. [EN] The market unit constitutes an economic principle reflected in Article 139 of the Spanish Constitution and whose main function is to ensure the competitive functioning of the Spanish economy. This article prevents the adoption of measures that directly or indirectly hinder the freedom of movement, the free circulation of goods and the establishment of persons throughout the national territory. Law 20/2013, of December 9, guaranteeing market unity, was created with the aim of fighting against the fragmentation of the Spanish market and, as a guarantee of the principles contained in this law, the National Commission of Markets and Competition.
