Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo abordaremos la figura que representa la tauromaquia desde el punto de vista de los poderes p?blicos, tratando las diferentes leyes que regulan el mundo del toro, y el efecto de esta fiesta en la Constitucion espa?ola de 1978. Veremos los diferentes cambios que se han realizado a lo largo de la historia, desde su origen normativo hasta su denominaci?n como Patrimonio hist?rico y cultural en Espa?a. De igual manera, se mostrar? la forma en la que la pol?tica ha incidido a favorecer o a desprestigiar esta tradici?n y la situaci?n jur?dica actual por donde ha pasado la tauromaquia en ciertas Comunidades Aut?nomas de nuestro pa?s, analizando algunas de las prohibiciones que se han pretendido realizar y no han llegado a su finalidad. [EN] In this paper we will deal with the figure that bullfighting represents from the point of view of the public authorities, dealing with the different laws that regulate the world of bull, and the effect of this party on the Spanish Constitution of 1978. We will see the different changes that have been made throughout history, from its regulatory origin to its designation as historical and cultural heritage in Spain. Similarly, will shown how politics has played a role in favouring or discrediting this tradition and the current legal situation where bullfighting has gone through in certain Autonomous Communities our country, analysing some is the prohibitions that have been intended to be implemented and haven?t achieved their purpose.
