[ES]La gesti?n de recursos humanos es una de las ?reas que conforman la administraci?n de empresas. Entre los procesos de recursos humanos, se incluye la gesti?n de la contrataci?n, n?minas, relaciones laborales, control horario, evaluaci?n de los empleados y el desarrollo de estrategias enfocadas a mejorar su desempe?o. De la necesidad de evaluar a los empleados de cara a desarrollar estas estrategias y disponer de herramientas que faciliten los procesos de contrataci?n, surge la idea de desarrollar una plataforma web. Esta plataforma, desarrollada en un contexto profesional para Aplifisa, hace uso de la inteligencia de negocio para ayudar a las empresas a detectar problemas de retenci?n de personal y absentismo y as? las permita desarrollar estrategias para atajarlos. Adem?s, permite gestionar los conocimientos de los empleados, facilitando el desarrollo de planes de formaci?n, la detecci?n de necesidades de personal y la gesti?n de proyectos desde el punto de vista de los recursos humanos. El trabajo realizado durante el desarrollo de este proyecto, adem?s, servir? de base a Aplifisa con el objetivo de crear nuevas l?neas de producto capaces de profundizar en el an?lisis de indicadores clave de rendimiento como soporte a la toma de decisiones, as? como en la gesti?n de los procesos de contrataci?n en forma de sistema de seguimiento de candidatos.
[EN]Human resources management is one of the areas that form part of the business administration. This area includes processes such as the management of contracts, payrolls, labour relations, worked hours control, performance assessment of the employees and the development of strategies focused on improve their performance. From the need of evaluating the employees? performance for developing these strategies and dispose tools that ease the contract processes, comes the idea of developing a web platform. This platform, developed for Aplifisa in a professional context, makes use of business intelligence to help businesses to detect employee retention and absenteeism problems and thus they can develop strategies to tackle these problems. In addition, the platform allows to manage employees? knowledge, easing the development of formation plans, the detection of personnel needs and project management from a human resources perspective. All the work done during the development of this project, moreover, is a base that allows Aplifisa to create new product lines capable of deepening into the key performance indicators analysis as support to decision making and, also, the management of hiring processes as an applicant tracking system.
