[ES] La elaboraci?n de materiales did?cticos por parte de los Ayuntamientos repre-senta una concreci?n relevante en la perspectiva de la implicaci?n y la participaci?n de los municipios en la educaci?n. El estudio que aqu? se desarrolla ha tenido el objetivo de analizar las caracter?sticas de los materiales did?cticos y sus procesos de elaboraci?n por parte de los Ayuntamientos de la provincia de A Coru?a (Galicia - Espa?a) y, particularmente, indaga en las buenas pr?cticas de los municipios de A Coru?a, Cabana de Berganti?os y Santiago de Com-postela. La metodolog?a seguida ha considerado la revisi?n documental, la evaluaci?n y cata-logaci?n de materiales did?cticos y la visi?n de los responsables municipales. Los principales resultados obtenidos profundizan en las dimensiones de la caracterizaci?n de los materiales did?cticos, as? como de su planificaci?n, dise?o, publicaci?n y difusi?n. Entre las conclusiones alcanzadas se destaca que el dise?o y desarrollo de materiales did?cticos por parte de los Ayuntamientos tiene m?ltiples posibilidades y responde a necesidades bien distintas en una realidad municipal diversa. [EN] The elaboration of didactic materials by the City Councils represents a relevant concretion in the perspective of the implication and participation of the municipalities in ed-ucation. The study carried out here has had the objective of analyzing the characteristics of the learning materials and their elaboration processes by the City Councils of the province of A Coru?a (Galicia - Spain) and, particularly, it investigates the good practices of the munici-palities of A Coru?a, Cabana de Berganti?os and Santiago de Compostela. The methodology followed has considered the documentary review, the evaluation and cataloguing of learning materials and the vision of the municipal officials. The main results obtained delve into the dimensions of the characterization of teaching materials, as well as their planning, design, publication and dissemination. Among the conclusions reached, it is highlighted that the de-sign and development of didactic materials by the City Councils has multiple possibilities and responds to very different needs in a diverse municipal reality.
