[ES] El Ministerio P?blico y el Fiscal General del Estado se han visto sometidos a debate desde el comienzo de la democracia en 1978, en grande medida por la elecci?n de ?ste y su relaci?n con el Poder Ejecutivo. Tras el nombramiento en febrero de 2020 de la que fuera exministra de Justicia como nueva Fiscal General del Estado, Dolores Delgado Garc?a, esta discusi?n se ha visto intensificada en el plano jur?dico y social. Mediante el an?lisis del sistema espa?ol y de otros estados, daremos a conocer sobre las relaciones Ministerio P?blico-Poder Ejecutivo y si, de alguna manera, se puede dotar de mayor independencia a este ?rgano o, por el contrario, esta vinculaci?n es idiosincr?tica a ?stos.
[EN] The Public Ministry and the State Attorney General have been subject to debate since the beginning of democracy in 1978, largely due to their election and their relationship with the Executive Power. Behind the appointment in February 2020 of the former Minister of Justice as the new State Attorney General, Dolores Delgado Garc?a, this discussion has intensified on the legal and social level. Through the analysis of the Spanish system and other states, we will make known about the Public Ministry-Executive Power relations and if, in some way, this body can be given greater independence or, on the contrary, this link is idiosyncratic to them.
