Hacia una nueva institucionalidad democrática en México

Abstract

El artículo realiza un breve análisis sobre la dinámica de la reforma constitucional en México, sus implicaciones sobre el andamiaje normativo e institucional del país y aquellas que transformaron la organización de las elecciones federales, así como las condiciones de competencia política durante los últimos treinta y cinco años. Después de este recorrido histórico, el artículo aborda las preguntas que podrían ser consideradas dentro de una eventual reforma electoral previa al inicio del proceso electoral federal 2014-2015.
