La investigaci?n se hace a partir del an?lisis de una muestra de treinta y dos sentencias condenatorias emitidas por el Tribunal Supremo; por tanto, se trata de un estudio de casos. M?todo de investigaci?n que confirmar? la hip?tesis de partida, que esta conducta delictual es m?s propia de funcionarios, pese a la creencia arraigada en la sociedad de que el sujeto activo suele ser el pol?tico. The present study examines the crime of passive bribery, dependent variable.
