Abstract

[ES]Matilde Serao publica por primera vez el volumen titulado Leggende Napolitane con el editor Ottino, en el a?o 1881. En ?l recopila quince historias de la tradici?n oral napolitana. En la edici?n de 1907 se a?adi? al t?tulo Libro d?immaginazione e di sogno que ven?a a describir lo que el lector encontrar? en sus p?ginas. La edici?n utilizada para esta traducci?n es la publicada en 1891 por la editorial E. Sarasino de M?dena. Como no pod?a ser de otra forma, dado el profundo y doloroso amor que sent?a por su tierra, la autora realiza un homenaje a su gente, sus costumbres y sus paisajes.El motivo principal es la voluntad de llevar a cabo un ejercicio de pura diversi?n y disfrute, recre?ndose en los elementos m?gicos y fant?sticos de estas historias y alejarse por un momento de las historias m?s vinculadas con la realidad de su ciudad. Son quince historias de corte muy diferente. Magia, mitolog?a, leyenda, personajes fantasmag?ricos, tragedias de amor, lugares fant?sticos.

Este libro se enmarca en el proyecto de investigaci?n financiado por la Consejer?a de Educaci?n de la Junta de Castilla y Le?n y el Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional (SA019P17), con el t?tulo ?Escritoras in?ditas en espa?ol en los albores del s. XX (1880-1920). Renovaci?n pedag?gica del canon literario? dirigido por la profesora Milagro Mart?n Clavijo de la Universidad de Salamanca
