[EN]With the emergence of the Web 1.5 paradigm (1997-2003), sites are dynamically built from HTML pages from one or more updated databases. The success of the "dot coms" depended on these dynamic pages, in which aspects such as the aesthetics and functionality of the web (not only showing information to be read) began to acquire importance. It is considered a transition to Web 2.0. In this topic, the origins of the Internet and the Web are reviewed and the most characteristic elements of this network of networks are studied.
