Abstract

En las ?ltimas d?cadas la situaci?n frente a las enfermedades infecciosas era muy favorable debido al uso de antibi?ticos. Sin embargo, a d?a de hoy, la muerte por infecciones bacterianas vuelve a cobrar importancia debido a la aparici?n de las denominadas resistencias a antibi?ticos. El presente trabajo pretende: 1. Conocer la frecuencia y los tipos de carbapenemasas producidas por enterobacterias aisladas en muestras cl?nicas en el Complejo Asistencial Universitario de Salamanca (CAUSA) desde el a?o 2015 hasta la actualidad. 2. Comparar la frecuencia y caracter?sticas de las cepas halladas en nuestro medio con otros estudios a nivel nacional. 3. Valorar los m?todos fenot?picos utilizados en su detecci?n.
