Abstract

[ES]Acorde con el perfil hist?rico del programa de Doctorado ?Pasado y presente de los Derechos Humanos? de la Universidad de Salamanca, este trabajo pretende analizar algunos aspectos de lo ocurrido en M?xico en los siglos XVIII, XIX y XX sobre el tema de la seguridad como derecho humano, y presentar un antecedente de la grave crisis manifestada en la desaparici?n forzada de 43 j?venes a manos del Estado mexicano cometida apenas el 26 y 27 de septiembre del 2014, en Iguala, Guerrero.
