[EN] The appearance of the Web 2.0 has meant a change in the spreading and transmission of information in library services. This dissertation focuses on getting to know which are the tools 2.0 introduced in public universities' libraries in Spain. To fulfill this aim it has been needed to conduct a revision on scientific literature on this topic. It has also been necessary to analyze, once an specific checklist has been designed for this research, each one of the websites of public universities' central libraries, as well as the services and tools 2.0 they use. These two processes will lead to know the use libraries make of these facilities.
