Eutanasia, ?piedad o derecho fundamental?
[ES] Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado aborda la problem?tica de la eutanasia, haciendo menci?n al derecho a la vida, a la dignidad y a la libertad humana, como pr?ctica no exenta de discusi?n. Por ello procedemos al estudio de las diferentes regulaciones que pueden tener lugar jur?dicamente sobre esta pr?ctica, analizando luego la regulaci?n que est? vigente en Espa?a, tanto su tratamiento constitucional como el penal, sobre este asunto, en comparaci?n con otros pa?ses del mundo.
[EN] The present Final Grade Project addresses the issue of euthanasia, and makes explicit reference to the right to life, human dignity and freedom, as a not-withoutcontroversy practice. Therefore, we carried out the study of different legal arrangements about this practice, analyzing aferwards the legislation in force in Spain, both constitutional and penal treatments, in comparison with other countries of the world.
