[ES] Como ya es sabido, nuestra Monarqu?a Parlamentaria se encuentra cuestionada, pues no son pocos los que consideran que es una figura de anta?o, la cual ten?a sentido en ?pocas anteriores. A d?a de hoy, la Monarqu?a Parlamentaria sigue vigente en nuestro pa?s, tras la sucesi?n en el trono que se produjo el pasado a?o, donde Don Juan Carlos I de Borb?n abdic? en favor de su hijo Felipe de Borb?n y Grecia. Tras la abdicaci?n, el ex Jefe del Estado perdi? los privilegios de la inviolabilidad e irresponsabilidad de los que gozaba como Monarca, pero se decidi? aforarlo, pudiendo ?nicamente conocer cuestiones sobre su persona el Tribunal Supremo. Es m?s, con el llamado ?aforamiento expr?s? de Don Juan Carlos I y a trav?s de la Ley Org?nica 4/2014, de 11 de julio, complementaria de la Ley de racionalizaci?n del sector p?blico y otras medidas de reforma administrativa por la que se modifica la Ley Org?nica 6/1985, de 1 de julio, del Poder Judicial (art.55 bis) se decidi? aforar tambi?n a la Familia del Re
[EN] Since already it is known, our Parliamentary Monarchy is questioned, since they are not few ones those who think that it is a figure of long ago, which made sense in previous epochs. Actually, the Parliamentary Monarchy is still in force in our country, after the succession in the throne that took place last year, where Don Juan Carlos I de Borb?n abdicated in favor of his son Philip de Borb?n and Greece. After the abdication, the former head of the State lost the privileges of the inviolability and irresponsibility which he enjoyed as a monarch, but decided to total it, and may only know issues about his person the Supreme Court. What's more, with the so-called "express privileged jurisdiction" of Don Juan Carlos I, and through the organic law 4/2014, of 11 July, of the law on streamlining the public sector and other measures of administrative reform by which modifies organic law 6/1985, of 1 July, the judiciary (art.55 bis) it was decided to also total of the King family.
