Abstract

El objetivo del proyecto investigaci?n es elaborar un instrumento para la evaluaci?n de las exposiciones de casos pr?cticos realizadas por los alumnos en las asignaturas correspondientes al ?rea de Organizaci?n de Empresas impartidas en el Grado en Recursos Humanos y Relaciones Laborales. Dicho instrumento de evaluaci?n ha de ser: - V?lido y fiable para la evaluaci?n de las exposiciones de trabajos pr?cticos. - Com?n, con el fin de asegurar la homogeneidad a la hora de evaluar dichas exposiciones. - Operativo, esto es, f?cil de comprender por parte de los alumnos y f?cil de aplicar por parte de los profesores.
