Educación alimentaria escolar

Abstract

[EN]It was clearly demonstrated undoubted importance of healthy eating in the physical, psy-chological and mental welfare of people is well established. In turn the sciences that study indicate that evolutionary development is precisely the beginning of life when acquiring good habits is per-formed with greater ease and efficiency, lasting throughout all existence. Since then prevail sufficient evidence that family alone, finds many difficulties in carrying out their educational work in this area, this methodological approach Is meant to be developed in school with students of the early ages addressed. From a theoretical basis which includes a summary of the main contributions of the research conducted so far on this matter and the delimitation of the essential concepts are briefly discussed the composition and functions in the body of the main food groups and as their share in the balanced diet. Such information is the essential to support, with the necessary scientific rigor basis, the con-tents whose acquisition is deemed necessary. Suggested activities are adapted to the cognitive features of child?s psychology, are highly motivating and contribute to other relevant school learning at this stage, including the learning of oral language through verses and rhymes.
