Abstract

[ES] Este proyecto docente ha servido para la creaci?n de un repositorio documental de fisiolog?a y patolog?a molecular de plantas orientado al aprendizaje e identificaci?n de los fenotipos fisiol?gicos, gen?ticos y moleculares utilizados en vegetales, empleando mutantes y plantas transg?nicas. Adem?s se han seleccionado, digitalizado e integrado en una base de datos, im?genes de plantas modelo de experimentaci?n como Arabidopsis en distintas etapas del desarrollo vegetal, im?genes de microscop?a ?ptica y confocal descritas acorde con los objetivos de las distintas asignaturas a las que est? orientado el repositorio documental. Parte de este material b?sico, junto con una selecci?n de documentos externos (p?ginas web, revistas electr?nicas, animaciones, videos t?cnicos y conferencias) se ha utilizado en el presente curso en las distintas asignaturas del Grado en Biolog?a, Biotecnolog?a y M?ster en Agrobiotecnolog?a. El conjunto de los recursos est? siendo adaptado a formatos de aprendizaje secuencial tutelado y evaluable que se ha integrado en la plataforma Studium de la Universidad de Salamanca y ha estar? plenamente operativo en el segundo cuatrimestre del curso acad?mico 2013-2014. Del mismo modo, parte del material generado ha sido empleado en la construcci?n de las p?ginas web del M?ster en Agrobiotecnolog?a y del Centro Hispano-Luso de Investigaciones Agrarias (CIALE), as? como en los folletos divulgativos del citado M?ster.
