Abstract

[EN] This end of degree work is made with a double objective: on one side, closer to the conception of simulation as cause of nullity in the canonical marriage, and on the other hand, analyzing its growing use as an alternative mechanism to the civil to celebrate marriages of complacecia with the to get the indirect effects of the institution of marriage to the extent thatin canonical marriage, the control carried out by the civil registrar is back and not prior to the celebration of the marriage.
