[ES] A lo largo del trabajo se puede observar la producci?n de decretos leyes por parte del poder ejecutivo en Espa?a, desde una perspectiva tanto te?rica- Constituci?n, doctrina, sentencias del Tribunal Constitucional y reglamentos de las C?maras- Como pr?ctica- an?lisis de algunos decretos leyes de esta legislatura. Se critica el posible uso arbitrario o abusivo de esta figura normativa, incluyendo posibles soluciones a su utilizaci?n.
[EN] Along this work we show the policy and practise production of executive orders by the different governments in Spain. It is analyzed the constitutional way of passing executive orders, the sentences of the constitutional court, along with a practical analysis of three of the executive orders of the current government. The arbitrary and excessive use of this figure is critized as though some posible solutions are added
