Abstract

El presente proyecto expone la ejecuci?n y puesta en marcha de una explotaci?n basada en el monocultivo de Tomate Cherry. La producci?n se efectuar? mediante Sistema hidrop?nico Nutrient film technique, en forma de cultivo protegido bajo invernadero, en la localidad de Jeming?mez, municipio de Garcihern?ndez, provincia de Salamanca. Se busca obtener una producci?n de calidad, de apariencia fresca, lozana, natural y apetecible de la hortaliza cultivada. Estas caracter?sticas se conseguir?n con un manejo racional y tecnificado del cultivo, [suprimido] un programa de fertilizaci?n adaptado completamente al crecimiento y etapas del ciclo de cultivo, una defensa fitosanitaria establecida a primeros s?ntomas. La finalidad es obtener un producto lo m?s natural posible, con un gran auge en demanda, y una recolecci?n efectuada con mimo en el momento ?ptimo. Tambi?n se describir?n las instalaciones que se van a llevar a cabo para alcanzar los objetivos anteriormente expuestos. Las instalaciones se componen de dos invernaderos, cuya capacidad total es de 3.211,20 m2, equipados con sistemas hidrop?nicos de riego ?NFT? individuales, ventilaci?n y calefacci?n, y una nave de servicio para usos diversos. Se exponen, adem?s, todos los c?lculos necesarios para el dise?o y construcci?n de las mismas
