Abstract

Se trata sobre el empleo con apoyo, una modalidad de inserción laboral para personas con discapacidad que surge en la década de los años ochenta del siglo XX en Estados Unidos. En primer lugar se define y se muestra su evolución histórica, para posteriormente presentar su filosofía, sus rasgos más relevantes y sus fases. Finalmente, a la luz del camino recorrido y los cambios conceptuales realizados, se elevan unas cuestiones críticas sobre su presente y prospectiva.
