[ES] Este art?culo, titulado ?La libertad sindical de la polic?a en Brasil?, tiene como objetivo central examinar las normas constitucionales pertinentes de la realidad jur?dica del sindicalismo brasile?o, poniendo en evidencia las contradicciones existentes entre principios y reglas, por lo que respecta a los funcionarios p?blicos polic?as civiles y militares; y contribuir a comprender las razones por las que los polic?as entran o no en huelga, apoyan o no la huelga. Se aborda el sistema sindical actual y la evoluci?n hist?rica y normativa de las huelgas de polic?as, haciendo referencia a las reglas vigentes. ?stos son los aspectos considerados m?s importantes. [EN] The central objetives of this essay, entitled ? The Brazilian police?s trade union freedom? are, at first, the exam of constitutional rules, related to the juridic reality of Brazilian labor union movement, in order to make evident the contradictions beetween rules and principles, regarding to civil servants, civil and militar policemen. Secondly, contribute to the understanding of the reasons of the police to go or not to strikes and why they are agree or not with them. Furthermore the actual trade unions system and the historical and legal evolution of the police strikes is also tackled, making evident the actual rules. These aspects are considered the most important ones.
