[ES] Si resulta evidente la proverbial aversi?n al Derecho por parte del mundo libertario, no lo es menos el complejo ejercicio que han desplegado el poder y la public?stica no ?crata para construir el t?pico del ?anti-derecho? y contraponer, a la idea libertaria de una sociedad nueva, la imagen ca?tica de un sistema sin Derecho. Frente a ese perfil ideol?gico que define el Anarquismo como un movimiento al?rgico a todo cuanto se refiera al campo del Derecho y tambi?n frente a esa construcci?n interesada del ?anti-derecho?, este trabajo pretende refutar ambos extremos recurriendo, por un lado, a la renovaci?n te?rica del Anarquismo y a la ?puesta al d?a? del nuevo instrumental te?rico que, a partir de finales de la d?cada de los setenta del siglo pasado, convulsion? al colectivo ?crata; y, por otro, recuperando la producci?n textual org?nica y secuenci?ndola con el objetivo de evidenciar la recurrente intervenci?n del colectivo anarquista espa?ol en el campo de la lucha por los derechos humanos. Circunstancia esta ?ltima que merece especial consideraci?n, porque si desde el propio mundo anarquista se responde ante ella con dubitativa aceptaci?n, no es de extra?ar que no aparezca en el campo textual de la producci?n de los especialistas ajenos al Anarquismo. [EN] The libertarian world?s proverbial aversion against Law seems evident. Not less obvious is the complex attack led by governmental and non-anarchist media in order to construe the topic of ?anti-law? and to counter the libertarian idea of a new society with a chaotic image of a system without Law. This paper questions both the ideological stereotype of anarchism as allergic to everything that relates to Law as well as the biased perception of the anti-Law movement. It refutes both extreme interpretations, on the one hand, on the basis of the theoretical renovation of anarchism and the updating of the new theoretical arguments that since the end of the last century have thrown the anarchist group into confusion; and on the other, retrieving and sequencing the organic textual production of the anarchists with the purpose of revealing the recurrent intervention of Spanish anarchists in their fight for human rights. This is of special importance, since as long as anarchist sectors adopt an attitude of dubious acceptance of these facts, it will not be surprising to see that specialists foreign to anarchism ignore such issues altogether.
