This project pertains to the design of a pulse width modulator (PWM) controller for switch mode voltage regulation. The circuit is designed using Austria Mikro System (AMS) 0.5 um CMOS n-well process, and is verified by theoretical analysis and SPICE simulation. In order to reduce the design cost, PC Windows-Based Shareware: SwitcherCAD III was used for the schematic design and circuit simulation.
