Abstract

The dissertation contains the results of a field survey on the perceptions and attitudes of the construction personnel from contractors towards Quality Management System. An in-depth analysis of the responses to 92 site staff at 6 public housing projects has been carried out and included in this report. The survey results are then analyzed and discussed within the framework of ISO 9000 Quality Management System.
