The presented document was made with the intention to fulfill with one of the objectives of the curricular unit called Pedagogical Internship that is inserted in the 2nd Period to obtain Master's Degree in Teaching of Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education at the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro. This document describes the lived experiences during the year of 2017/2018 as a trainee teacher. The internship took place at Escola Secundária de Barcelinhos with the monitoring of the cooperating teacher José Carlos Cruz and by the tutor Jorge Soares from UTAD. The entire work accomplished during the pedagogical internship is found in the present report and it's structured by the following methods: personal framework, institutional framework, teaching learning tasks, traineeship tasks, strategies, a critical reflection of the internship and all the tasks performed in the school. The pedagogic stage is an essential process and indispensable for the training of future teachers, because it is where they acquire the knowledge and skills to enter the educational practice.

O presente documento foi elaborado com o intuito de cumprir com um dos objetivos da unidade curricular Estágio Pedagógico que está inserido no 2º Ciclo para a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro. Este documento descreve as experiências vividas durante o ano letivo 2017/2018 como professora estagiária. O estágio decorreu na Escola Secundária de Barcelinhos com a monitorização do professor cooperante José Carlos Cruz e pelo professor orientador Jorge Soares da UTAD. Todo o trabalho realizado durante o estágio pedagógico encontra-se no presente relatório estruturado da seguinte forma: enquadramento pessoal, enquadramento institucional, tarefas de ensino aprendizagem, tarefas de estágio, estratégias, uma reflexão crítica do estágio e todas as tarefas realizadas na escola. O estágio pedagógico é um processo imprescindível à formação de futuros professores, pois é onde se adquirem conhecimentos e competências para ingressar na prática educativa.
