The present report is divided into two parts: The first part consists of collection of the work carried out over the last five years when I performed tasks such as teaching in public schools, namely, the tasks associated to the service delivered, as well as, reference to the determining and conditioning factors of the activity. In addition to this, references to the process of self-assessment of the actions developed are also made, with the goal of improving the pedagogical practice among students. Basically, it is intended to REFLECT on the WORK developed, aiming the IMPROVENT of the PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICE. In the second part, it is approached the role of Municipalities in the relationship with schools and the contributions they give to the development of School Sports, referring to the practical case of Esposende, where I have held the position for the last 8 years as a Municipal councillor, for the Sports area.

O presente relatório está dividido em duas partes: A 1ª parte resume-se à compilação do trabalho desenvolvido ao longo dos últimos cinco anos em que exerci funções docentes no ensino público, nomeadamente, as tarefas associadas ao serviço distribuído, bem como, referência aos fatores determinantes e condicionantes à atividade. Para além disso, são ainda feitas referências ao processo de autoavaliação das ações desenvolvidas, na perspetiva de melhorar a prática pedagógica junto dos alunos. Basicamente, pretende-se REFLECTIR sobre o TRABALHO desenvolvido, na perspetiva de MELHORAR a PRÁTICA PEDAGÓGICA. Na 2ª parte é feita uma abordagem ao papel dos Municípios na relação com as escolas e os contributos que dão no desenvolvimento do Desporto Escolar, aludindo ao caso prático de Esposende, onde exerci funções nos últimos 8 anos, na qualidade de Vereador a tempo inteiro com a área funcional do Desporto
